Doing okay over here- had a strange day yesterday with zero energy and some over eating but I'm not beating myself up about it as I am definitely pmsing over here.

I survived another day at the pool on Sunday- surrounded but adults drinking and listening to live music. I can point out the problem drinkers now and it just makes me sad to think I was one of them- you know the ones who take their drinks into the pool because god forbid they are without it for a minute. Ugh. I am so relieved that will never be me again but I also feel guilty when I think about all the drinking I have done, especially around my children. Luckily they will never have to see my drunk again and hopefully at their ages they won't have memories of me being so.

Maybe I'm just in a funk today, who knows.
I am grateful for these last 77 days of sobriety and begging for another 24. I will never go back to that hell again- never, ever ever...

Starting my workbook/book on binge eating today. There is a lot of soul searching/writing involved and I am a bit nervous but hopeful at the same time. This is one of the only addictions I have left to kick (social media will be the last.)

Mom will be moving in with my Sister in Minnesota. has to.. too be alone in the winter and not driving any more is just to much on your own... we go to see her in Sept .. maybe for the last time. as my sisters are not that nice.. and will never have time to have me come to see Mom.. Love my Mom so much..
