Just got back from collecting my car from it's MOT. £520!!!! Flipping Heck!!!! Forcing a bit of gratitue here....you know....lucky to still have a car, lucky to have enough money for the repairs. Blah Blah! Still hurts a bit mind!
Off to yoga class in an hour. I really love it. I'm very happy it's now part of my weekly routine. Perhaps I'm not destined to needing a winch to haul me out of bed after all!

Really sorry to hear this; add some new tools to your toolbox - meditation, mindfulness, IRL support, AA, AVRT.
You start your new job soon, right. Get some really good sober time in before that and a solid plan in place, dear one.
You can do this.
