Very grateful to be waking up sober on this beautiful Sunday. Hitting the pool this morning and then some of our neighbors are hosting a BBQ tonight just for us.
I had started a meditation challenge (by Brian Tracy) last week but haven't followed through so I'm starting over. I will post the new affirmation every morning in my siggy for anyone who wants to follow along. Plus I can remind myself to say it every time I check SR which is rather often throughout the day!
I am so glad my mood swing is over and that I'm back to "normal." That was quite a crappy 3 days.
P.S I have been sober for 68.18 days. I can appreciate that! I commit to another 24 hours of blessed freedom. I will never go back there again. Never, ever ever...

9:41 in California, just finished catching up on the thread, and now I'm checking in for another 24.
I'm going to head to the gym before we head out for another day with family, another big advantage of not drinking is I feel great the next morning, not sure everyone else will be feeling that way today.
