Good morning at the beginning of day 6
What a hectic few weeks coming up. Moving 1st August so lots of sorting out and cleaning plus start a new job on 24th July which means being away Mon -Fri (new job and new home 5 minutes apart).
Currently work 5pm - 1 am so sleeping all over the place.
In addition taking son to the airport on Saturday and picking him up 30th as he will be doing voluntary work in Uganda for 2 weeks.
So I NEED to be sober and clearheaded. Another 24 for me please.

Good morning folks
6:00 am here in Maryland and I commit to 24 hours of freedom from the chains of alcohol. My AV has been terrible lately- mostly because of the pool which has a bar and live music. The other day someone actually walked around the kid's pool to take orders from the "Cabana Bar." Ugh. If I make it sober through the end of August it will be a huge accomplishment (no plans of drinking, believe me.)

Not really ready to begin a new day as I still have a wicked sore throat and some pretty bad nausea. to boot. I may just work from home again today because the thought of sitting in my office all day and being pleasant to everyone just doesn't sound possible when I feel this crummy.
Ready to add Day 23 to my bucket list and praying for sobriety for myself and my SR brothers and sisters, especially those struggling.
Never, ever give up!
