Thank you, Leigh. I ended up scheduling it for this Saturday. Lots of good reasons. Time will be shorter, it is an ordinary weekend, and I don't want to think about it too much. I need a plan. Think I am ready to get back out and about. Going to San Diego in 2 weeks so this will be good practice. What helped me in the past was to focus on activities and food, not what I wasn't doing. I will get used to it soon. So happy to have your support. Thank you

I love the fact that alcohol no longer plays into my vacation time. I'm getting close to a year and a half sober, and I'm so grateful this is my new normal.
