Have so appreciated the welcome back. I'm much more structured in my approach and so more confident in my ability to stick to my sobriety. Finding an awesome doctor to work with to help formulate a plan with me, connecting with an addiction specialist and being accountable to both as well as my family and close friends who now have a zero tolerance approach to my use of alcohol. I have also come to see it as the poison it is to mind and body. Early days yet but I feel determined more than I ever have been. It has taken priority over everything apart from my family at this point. Thanks for listening and love to all ❤

Hi everyone. 24 more for me please. This resort is full of drinking. It's all free and flowing 24/7. But guess what so is the water and soda and coffee! No way am I going back to that life no way! Finding myself actually very relieved i got a good bit of sober time on before I came away. It would have been awful otherwise. Lots of love tp you all. I'm not catching up properly but look forward to doing so soon. Jo ❤❤❤
