Just got a message from Neoo- just had asked him if okay. Yes he is okay and will check in tomorrow.
Busy day- 4 hour round trip to see psychologist. All good- gave me challenging 'homework' as he said 'well, as you have a tendency to over intellectualise things- why not bring it back to earth by.....'? Which is why I went- I told him to direct.
Meeting soon, then off to buy TV and M/wave- and a counselling session.
Have a good whatever time of day it is people/. 1141, Friday -perfect autumn weather.
