Checking in for 24 hours. Bye bye warm weather. Come back soooon. Cold, cold, cold. But I am feeling quite chipper this morning. Mainly due to my meditation where I reflected on being grateful for what I have and, as importantly, to stop craving for what I dont have. Brings a lot of serenity.
Congrats to the milestone quintet ! Tuning into the sober way brings lots of harmony

Today has been a very emotional roller coaster. I'm drained of energy. I did make it to a meeting however, and I was reminded of why I got I to recovery in the first place, and reminded of what I need to keep doing. No matter what else happens I will not drink today. 24 more!!!
