Leigh- imagine Aus is a square divive in half sown the vertical.
To your left is west.
At the bottom in the middle (kind of0 is me.
To the right is east.
West is usually 2.5 hours before me, timewise. S0 1000 here, in Adelaide, it is 0730 in Perth
East is half an hour ahead of me, so if 1000 in Adelaide, it is 1030 in Sydney or Melbourne. As I cannot spell Sydney may mean the times are a bit out- but that is what I work on.
It is really a huge country. I like my little Adelaide. It's got trees, a duck and churches.

Checking in for 24 hours. Largely uneventful except that I almost lost my crucifix on the treadmill yesterday. Fortunately it was on the floor behind me. Very thankful for such good fortune. I've had it for almost 40 years. Maybe because it was Good Friday
