I don't know what's going on with the job. I was there Monday and Tuesday and never got to see anyone. Might go back in the morning, but now I'm flat broke. Nephews trying to figure out what's going on. Something isn't letting me put images.

Not sure what to tell ya Nef. Maybe due
to all this cold weather we're having could
be the cause of this job to be slow at starting.
Don't know.
When one door closes another is to
open. An opportunity you may be less
expecting. No sure. Just don't loose
hope and keep doing the foot work,
researching, talking to folks, remaining
sober/clean for sure.
Optimism and faith in your back pocket.

I just ate a breakfast that was more than I usually eat all day and lunch and supper will be the same. Glad they have a health club here cause I'm gonna need it. First day out at the plant, all is good.

I was looking in the mirror thinking, there's got to be something wrong with a man who's happy to get up at 4 in the morning, work 10 hours in the freezing cold, and take the chance of being smashed by huge, heavy metal objects, but here I am.

It's a good feeling when we are sober
and grateful for what we have each day
because back in the day life seemed
bleek because we were so numb with
dead feelings from the affects of alcohol
or drugs.
Killing us slowly or slowly killing us.
When i was working at the bakery
awhile back, i got up at 3am, took
my time to enjoy my coffee and get
myself together before arriving at
5am.
Yep, there was a walk in freezer to
enter on a daily bases and believe
me, one couldn't stay in there for
very long without a heavy coat and
gloves. Brrrr....lol
Stay safe and enjoy the day sober
as you collect new experiences from
this job to carry with you down the
road.
Beautiful RED Rose is my favorite
with one heck of a good song to go
with it. Much appreciated friend..!!!
