I've also dealt with Depression as long as I can remember. The worst was after I gave birth to our son 25 years ago. The silver lining on that dark time ( besides our Mark) was that I finally got diagnosed. So, good for you seeing treatment! You have all of us here on SR as support, so why not stay around and let us help?

Hi,
My husband and I started getting the house decorated for the holidays. Our hearts weren't quite in it, now that Mark isn't at home. But, it looks pretty festive around the house now , at least a good start! Will decorate the tree tomorrow night. This empty nest thing is a real thing...
Yep, it's time to check in for the next 24.

I love Big Book meetings! I always manage to.learn something new I'm every BB Study in go to even if we cover pages I've read over and over again. The more I learn, the more I find out how much I don't know! 24 more!!!
