24 Hour Recovery Connections Part 167
Ashamed to say that I'm on Day 1.
It seems that I have work to do on my recovery plan but I'll start by committing to 24hrs. I didn't post in the thread yesterday and you guys are my accountability if I commit to the group I honour that so I won't make that mistake again.

congratulations to all celebrating milestones today ........including me!!
9 years and one month.........i do look forward to seeing my name every month. I know however, just as the name of this thread states, that i do this one day at a time. I must remain vigilant no matter how much "time" i rack up. For me, it's quality not quantity. I want to thank everyone who has been a part of my journey.

Much love to you all
All we can do is try another day & then the next day, then the day after that. Life is good, it gets easier the more time I get under my belt.
Thoughts to those who are struggling.
We are ALL here for the same reason, to get well and help each other
