24-Hour Recovery Connections Part 161
Rather looking it as you threw away something look at it as a new opportunity to learn, to grow and to keep moving forward. Never give up and you'll see yourself empowered by each day that you master whether it be 1 or a thousand. Walking right beside you.
Bump.
Thank you darling vana. ♥
I'd like another 24 hours please.
"If you're reading these words, perhaps it's because something has kicked open the door for you, and you're ready to embrace change. It isn't enough to appreciate change from afar, or only in the abstract, or as something that can happen to other people but not to you. We need to create change for ourselves, in a workable way, as part of our everyday lives." -- Sharon Salzberg

Hi,
I'm checking in for the next 24 hours. I'm so grateful that I have all of you in my life. Thank you. We're still in Puerto Rico. We received word that my first born nephew, who therefore made me Aunt Bobbi, died this morning. He was driving home (worked graveyard shift at a sawmill in Northern Idaho) when he & his motorcycle collided with a deer. I'm devastated, I was the coach at his birth 33 years ago. My brother would have nothing to do with it. Steven died over 2 years ago of suicide, and you all greatly helped me.
Only my niece is left of my brothers family now. She just turned 31 and has a 8 year old son. All live in Idaho near my parents. My parents have gone through too much .... My heart is so heavy with tears ...
No worries about my sobriety. I thank my HP that area of my life is strong,
Bobbi
