I saw a very understanding doctor and got a few much needed referrals. They want me to check in a few times until they can get things set up.
In the meantime I need to drag myself out of my depression and start getting things done.
I have to remember that this site is always here and I can ask for help if things get bad. I should've of done that before.

have had a long think about and then a midnight chat with my Son.. will be staying right here.. true work drives you nuts but would rather have the paid vac time and sick time to mul it over with...
