A red flag day today - an anniversary party which will include lots of drinking. I don't feel at all tempted but afterwards will be the riskiest time. So I am emphatically in for another 24!

Hi all.. feeling better today.. no I did not do anything silly... I was so done in when I got home.. felt like I was sun burnt again.. shower laid down and out like a light.. know my son kept trying to wake me up Mom . Mom and he would shake me a bit.. about 8pm I woke up with Ivan Cara and Ed in the room chatting.. Ivan was so relieved to see me awake.. Mom are you ok.. I went into tears.. Cara made tea and I drank a bunch .. had a toast and jam and gone till 4:30am this morning.. made some muffins for all to find in the kitchen.. They think Iam to old for all of this... no just the stress... so Iam in for another 24 hours.. even if Ivan waves a toast under my nose.. no no no.. please kiddo not in the last of this life time love to you all a Silly old Lady Clown ardy
