Late check in today but I'm here for another 24 blessed hours!

Well, the sermon hit home (as always) and I'm so glad I made church today. The great music and fellowship and message lifted me up and I really, really needed to surround myself with all that love. The last few weeks have been a roller coaster of emotions, including crying and I rarely cry. Is this the new me? The one who doesn't drown emotions in a bottle? I also think PAWS has settled in for a bit so I better hold tight for the ride!

Congratulations to everyone celebrating a Milestone today!!

Hugs, peace and strength to those struggling, sick or grieving. Take care...xxxx

Get some R&R, stat! Maybe a massage? A heating pad? Some natural antiflammatory like Turmeric? Check in with your doctor. Hope you can have a quiet evening.

still sober and for that I'm so grateful.

24 hrs. more of " living life at life terms, one day at the time."
Thanks Erfra for sharing that!
