Wanted to add, I was just reflecting on how in the early days I'd ask for my 24 hours and there was a high chance I wouldn't get them. Now I ask for them and I know that I don't have to drink. I'm not holding on for dear life anymore. Just thought it was interesting how much things have changed in a short amount of time. To all those just starting out on their sober journey, it really does get better!
