A pat on the back to all the milestoners today ! Good on all of you for staying committed. Lets all keep that resolve from this moment to the next to the next !
I had an interrupted sleep due to family squabbles. Not directly involved but it did impact me literally at 2am last night. I am not angry or upset. Just a little troubled. I am going to step aside and dodge the bullets. I often wonder what it would be like to have grown up in a functional family. Haha, I'll never know !
Another 24 hours of serenity, loving kindness and sobriety pls ! Its 9:16am here !

Yah, there have been very few folks I have met who claim they are from a 'normal' family. Its a weird thing but how common is the refrain "I come from a dysfunctional family" ? I think the only functional families are the ones where you dont know the folks very well.
Anyway, no harm done, thanks. Just sleepy
