There's no way it can be as scary as what alcohol did to me. I know these are just irrational fears that are triggering the anxiety. My alarm was set for a long morning run and after shuffling around for a few minutes searching for clothes & shoes, I returned to bed. My body knows best and it was crying out for more sleep! 6 months Sober feels good but I must remember to listen to my body and mind because everything is still healing. 24 more please and maybe another sleep in tomorrow-
