What an awesome list of Milestoners today with a special shout out to Madbird for 1 YEAR!! Congratulations and thank you for the inspiration! 
Enjoyed a 4-mile walk/jog/run and now relaxing on the patio with a healthy breakfast and lots of water on this hot day. The birds are chirping away, I'll get up in a bit and pick some home grown produce from the garden....Oh and I'm here with you all. What a nice start to the weekend-

The only difference for me was that I had that moment of grace where I was finally able to stop fighting and know I was done. Had great day @ cousin's son's second birthday. Got to tell my two fav aunts where I was in life-sobriety,getting along w/ dad,making amends & after even tho there were guests milling around, held hands & each one of us said a prayer of thanks! One actually cried & hugged,kissed & thanked her for being such a person of strength & support to me(both actually are). Guys were by this time drinking outside but I tried to sit & be engaged but was so sleepy, just went inside & laid down plus its cold. 24 of freedom pls
