I slipped this week. I'm very sorry. Starting back at day 1 today. I was feeling good and then threw it all away. God please help this lost soul find his way. 24 hrs please. One day at a time. 2:15pm in Toronto.

Thanks for all your good wishes guys sorry if my post this morning was a bit ranty!
Feeling better now, today was a better day for me, went in early to catch up with my paperwork before morning surgery started and also got a good lunch break today to catch up on a bit more.
Just tomorrow to go then have a day off
