Here in San Diego at 9:00 am PST. Asking for another 24 hours of sobriety please. Putting my sobriety first makes things easier to handle when I realize my HP can handle things much better than my efforts.

Today, I will begin the process of letting go of all self-defeating feelings and beliefs connected to past relationships. I will clear my slate so I am free to love and be loved.
well I'm on antidepressant. I spend time with some of my family yesterday , I don't want to give up.

Hi Nic and Sober Leigh. Those fires were outrageous Nic and you only 15 minutes away! Glad you are OK. Clock me in for another 24 please and I didn't get my monthly milestone firecracker either. Don't you believe me?
