I'm checking in now in case I forget to later. I've got work today, a party at my home group, and then maybe a get-together after that. It's going to be a long and busy day. Hope you all have a safe and sober New Year's Eve. I'll see you all next year!!!

Happy New Year's Eve SR. Been away from the boards a bit...but I'm still here and STILL sober! Wasn't the case 1 year ago today.
Hope everyone has a great ending to 2015. 2016 is what WE make of it!

Checking in tonight. Going for another 24 hours at 5:03p CST. I was thinking about this last year and realized that I spent all of 2015 sober, which is something I am really proud of.
I wish you all a very special and wonderful 2016! I look forward to continuing our sober journeys together.

I was going to wait till after New Years Eve too, but Life decided differently. On November 12, 2012 had my 1st day of Sobriety, after decades of drinking. This will be my 4th Year of celebrating the New Year in Recovery. I'm just tickled,excited....and very very grateful.
I didn't believe in myself and gave up .... And that's why every day I end my check in by thanking my HP .
We'll see you here tomorrow!
