Broke the screen on my phone tonight , so if I miss some check ins it means my phone died before I could replace it. We'll see!

Made it through the "calling hours" and reception afterwards yesterday. I think I talked to more people than I have in the past year, all in one day. Today is the actual funeral service and another reception. Then the long flight home on Monday. I will do it all sober.
