Tuesday 4:48 here, central time. I didn't get a chance to check in yesterday. Give me another 24 hours please!
I'm on day 17 and feeling great. I can't believe it's actually not been as rough as what I thought it would be! Really and truly, since I woke up and honestly decided this was "it", and no going back, it hasn't been the hell I thought it would be! In fact it's been quite the opposite. I am now high on sobriety, and high on life!!!! I hope I always have this attitude, and when av does come knocking, I'll remember that THIS feeling is what it's about (hence, putting it into words...helps one to remember!!)

Today we are covering the African Golden Cat (Profelis aurata) and can be found in the forests of Equatorial Africa. Interestingly, the African Golden Cat is approximately twice the size of a domestic cat. It is a very powerful cat, with stocky, long legs, a relatively short tail, and large paws.

Tomorrow morning we fly to Florida to start our vacation. I'll do my best to check in everyday here on SR. We'll be in Orlando for a few days, though no theme parks. We have most of them here .... Disney and summer is something we no longer do. I love Halloween at the Parks. 
Then a Western Caribbean cruise for a week!!
