Congrats to all the milestoners ! Isn't it grand to be able to truly feel good about ourselves ! Well done and lets all merrily traipse along this sobriety trip!
Its been an odd and frustrating few weeks lately. However, I am so grateful for SR and my sobriety. Without it, I would not have the serenity and patience to accept life on its terms.

. I'm checking in for the next 24 hours of my recovery. Without my HP I know my life today wouldn't be possible. I drank alone in my "LUCY" kitchen ( as in I Love Lucy) back then.
Today, I am blessed to have friends in my recovery 12 Step Meetings, and here on SR. Let's all celebrate safely... Happy 4th of July!!

Tonite's last mtg then one in the mrg to wrap things up before we leave. I'm surprised chose to go Traditions mtg instead of something else! Growth I guess;very informative & funny speakers! Old timers are sharing now w/ longest having 66 yrs!! 24 mo in Atl

I had a blast today at my homegroup! We had delicious food, two awesome meetings, and some outstanding fellowship! I'm so grateful to have been blessed with this program!!!

I'm in for another 24 at 5:12.
Hope everyone had a great Independence Day with lots of good food and f&f.
I must say I am glad it is over because the fireworks make one of my dogs so scared. Nothing we did was of any comfort to him...will get meds from the vet for next time to help calm him.
