8.02am 24 more for day 37........40 day mark as previously felt like a phycological barrier to me often failing at 38 or 39 days so staying vigilant. To be honest don't feel at risk of a relapse as feeling quite comfortable but worth not letting my guard down.
Hope everyone had a sober and productive weekend. I had my nephew to stay for the weekend while his mum went away so been out and about a lot and not logged in much.
Nice to see that summer looks on it's way to the Uk this morning, fingers crossed for some fun over the next few days

Toots in for 24 more , sleeping was a big issue for me in the early days, I have an app on my tablet that is designed for folk who want a relaxation app that is also a stop drinking ap. You can set it to either send you to sleep or wake you at the end of it. I play it every night and often fall asleep before the end of it now.
