I finally got the (mostly) final edit of the movie I'm writing the score for, so I started taking all the ideas I've been coming up with for the past few weeks and matching them up to the video. So far it's going pretty well
Good morning to all my fellow travellers.
Virginia...good to see you. You can do this.
It's 6.30 am on Saturday morning here in England. My house is in a real mess and will need some TLC today plus I've got some paperwork to do.
Love to you all xx

Well I wasn't wrong about the neighbours. It quietened down a bit about 10 so I got an hour or so. I'm guessing they must have had takeout or something because it cranked back up at about 11.30 and went on until 2.30 or so this morning. It wasn't actually that loud really. Certainly not loud enough to complain- it was just like hearing a tv in the next room. For a long time I've had hypersensitivity to uncontrollable noise (3 kids 5 and under???!!!) and I get anxious when using earplugs so I just don't.
Anyway, I guess I had about 4 ish hours broken sleep. No worse than what I've been used to with the little ones but its going to make today a long one.
Drinking is absolutely NOT going to improve this situation one little bit so I'll have.me another caffeine hit and get on with it.
Welcome to the newcomers, stick around, it's a pretty cool place to hang out.
Love and prayers for those sick, grieving or struggling today.
Congratulations to the milestoners. Keep sharing your stories, please. They help keep me on the right track.
To everyone committed to sobriety today,
It's 6.50am in the UK and I'm in for another 24 on my 39th day of sobriety. ,
