I'm checking in today for the next 24 hours of my recovery, thanks to my HP & AA. Boy, Spring allergies have come again ....it's weird, I never had a problem. Then about 5 years ago sneezing lots, coughing blah blah .

Well this cold seems to be drifting into its second edition. I was feeling a little better yesterday but woke up this morning coughing and with a terribly sore throat. I've had this for over a week now, it can just do one.

It's 6.27 in the UK and I am proudly stepping into my 14th day of sobriety.

A huge welcome to the newcomers and congratulations to all who have maintained another day of sobriety.

We all rock right?
