Just scanned through everyone's posts quickly as its been a long day and I'm off to bed but I just wanted to say, a sober day is yours, no matter what. My relapse only served to strengthen my resolve and open my eyes further to the damage that drink (taken to excess) causes. Everyone is different and unique, everyone has struggles and times of trial.
Believe in yourself and others will too.
Love yourself and you will find love in others.
Taking time for yourself isn't selfish, you'll find more time for others as you become more at ease with yourself, trust me, I have been my own least favourite person in the world at times...

Checking in for 24 midnight here. Or is it 1 with time change.. Had about an 18 hr workday today! So beat! Only have days like today every once in awhile.. A coworker was pushing a few of us to go have a drink. I shut that down fast. Taking myself to bed.

Just getting in from seeing my husband play with the band. Great turnout too! They got a new banner ....Awww...Rockin' those 80's tunes!!
