So, in case I haven't made it clear why I've been meeting with clients in and out of town... My big client suddenly cut off all outside contracts including mine at the end of January. So I've been moving and shaking and pitching and everything else to try to land more positive revenue. Finally I got a solid bite, though, and I start working with my new big client on Monday. It even pays slightly better than my old one.
In other words... this is the self-employed version of "I was out of work for a month but I got a new job"
So yay!
