24 more, please. House inspection this a.m. so fingers, eyes & toes are crossed again. Sorry, Leigh! In this area the biggest concern is the foundation. As long as it's not that or any roof damage (we had a big hail storm a few years back) we think we'll be ok.

Today is Chocolate Cake Day. It's a good day for baking here in the Northeast, there's a foot and a half of snow so far, with no sign of stopping anytime soon.
