Since I can not handle the thought of drinking again this summer, much less today, I think it is a good idea to sign on for another 24 hours.

Im with Rickh54 on commending you for taking the 24 hour commitment, ArticSA. Just like you I suffer with the idea of never drinking again and the only way I can get past it is to think of it as a day by day, moment by moment basis.
Signing in for another 24 hours here in Cali at 10:16AM. Today will be a cinch for me but tomorrow is going to be hard... Friday is always hard for me.

I need to claim my spot here today. Today is day 53 for me, I want to make it to day 60 (and then many, many more) but today I really need to just focus on getting through each hour. What a long, hard day this is!!!!

worries
I'm worried about the future today..bills,work,etc.I cant help it.. I know worrying is useless but its an old habit..I wont drink over it and will take another 24!! 5pm and 30 degrees in South Jersey
