Nose warmers!! That is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!! Set me up with the orange one!

Nogard - That is weird you mentioned that about your dog dying of a broken heart. When the female dog died of mine the male died shortly after, of a broken heart

RZ - Love it! That sound is so loud on the bus that it hurts my ears!

Oh oh oh Shock says he will take the nose nip!!!! Our little new volunteer needs an initiation! lol

Newb - wish I could help with the pics but I am illiterate with that kinda stuff. You are just trying so hard to get me to change outfits arent ya?

GOOOOODDDDDDDD MORNING MY BUSSIES!!!!!!!!!!!! LET'S ROLL!

Grace - that is too funny - I really did think you had knit them. I am a bit scared that they are for dogs though because I think they are quite the right size for my large nose.

RZ - Yikes is right. They were at the height of popularity while I was a teen. Boy I'm getting old.

On to Egypt then.

Look our Egypt, here we come.

I wonder how many camels we'd get for Stepping, loads I bet, she's a cute little thing! Hmmm!

Cool A bus ride to nowhere..

Evening my busies,

Grace too funny you had me going cause I would of sworn you came up with those and knitted them yourself. Honest program..

RZ I remember that song we used to have so much fun when we listened to that. Ah the memories of when I was a youngster.

nogard I have to admit building sand castles wasn't my 1st thought in Egypt I guess it really wasn't even a thought. I'll hang and watch unless of course someone lets us bury them up to their necks then I'm in.

How about it stepping or TTBABP? Take one for the ole team.

Hey where is our driver I think we are ready to fly this chicken coop, or blow this Popsicle stand or............

I wonder if our driver has been snowed in, lets go and get our wellies and spades.

Hey Grace! Camels you say! I learned something new in my AA class. The mascot for AA is a camel. Cause he can go all day long through everything (work, trial, emotions etc) without taking a drink! I think we have something in common with these camels! I'll take TWO!
***tries to hop on and bam hit's the floor then the camel spits on of those loogie things in my face*** WHAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH this is a bad start!

Newbie!!! ME< ME< ME I will be buried! But I need TT and RZ to stand beside me and promise they will dig me out! I don't trust you and Grace. I have the memories of the potty nightmare

Where is the driver?!?! Yeah!?? We are ready to head out like a fetus!!!!!!

YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYY BUSSIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Egypt!

Nogard - I shall build a sandcastle but I assure you it will not be structurally sound because I am all thumbs with construction of any sort.

Newb - as stepping has stepped up I shall defer on the sand burial but will certainly agree to stand by and dig her out should she wish to be dug out provided she has not already been bartered by Grace for a bunch of camels.

I don't have wellies Grace - have been wanting a pair but never did get them. I must hurry and get them now especially if you keeoping cracking RZ up because I will have to wade through his spit takes.

Anyone have a wide angle lens for the Sphinx?

Hi, busies!

Grace - I just imagined myself to show up in these nose warmers! Lol.

As you know (or if you don't know, I'm telling you) my Christmas will be on the night of January 6/7 due to different calendar used by church here. So we can have another Christmas in our magic bus. Special Sober Magic Christmas).

Anyway, we are off to Egypt on January 8, if you don't mind)

See you later.

I've never given much thought to camels Stepping and I didn't realise they were the mascot for the A.A, just goes to show we learn something every day.
What do you mean you don't trust me? Why ever not? I was going to knit you a swim suit but I'm having second thoughts now!

TTBABP, don't you worry about getting wellies, I've got a spare pair you can have, I've never worn them, they're flourescent pink with lime green polka dots, very fetching if I say so myself.

Midnight, we're all wearing a nose warmer, the wags will be so jealous, we'll be the new trend setters.

Well if we're not leaving for Egypt until 08/01 shall we go and indulge ourselves in the Ritz for a few days, I could get all my knitting finished then?

Evening or Morning busies,

I have been around AA for 25+ years (not sober all that time) and never heard of the camels either? I wonder how true it is because I am a AA history buff and have tons of books and literature and none of them ever said anything about camels. I think someone just made it up?

Grace looks like me and you are getting quite the reputation around here..

I love the nose warmer picture but not real sure of the long hanging thread OMG that was a heck of a good laugh.

Ooh another Christmas count me in I love dressing up and putting up decorations. We can decorate the bus again..Who wants to help me?

Jan 8th off to Egypt just put it in my cell phone calender so I will be ready with nose warmer on = instead of bells.:ghug3

Well its late time to try and get some sleep..Night all.

I tell you all. My co sponsor told us that! He is a VERY smart man in recovery. I just love him. But you guys are right...maybe...

I found this on google...

Dr Bob’s story of the AA Camel

The Alcoholics Anonymous Camel symbol

The camel each day goes twice to his knees.
He picks up his load with the greatest of ease.
He walks through the day with his head held high.
And stays for that day, completely dry.

Spiritual Principles

Prayer
Faith
Spirituality
Sobriety – One day at a time.

Dr Bob, physician, and a cofounder of Alcoholics Anonymous – ". . . would explain prayer by telling how the camels in a caravan would kneel down in the evening, and the men would unload their burdens. In the morning, they would kneel down again, and the men would put the burdens back on. ’It’s the same with prayer,’ Dr. Bob said. ’We get on our knees to unload at night. And in the morning when we get on our knees again, God gives us just the load we are able to carry for that day.’" Dr. Bob and the Good Oldtimers (1980), page 229

CAMEL PRAYER

"The tasks of the day can pass with ease
when a camel or I start on our knees.
One Master we serve, the camel and I,
and stay for that day completely dry."

Hummmm food for thought. , lol

Oh, Oh, Oh we get to go back to the Ritz for a pamper session??? So it stands not to Egypt til January 8. Merry Christmas, MB

Grace, Newbie, TT, RZ and nogard......MASSAGE ANYONE?!?!!?!?! and then we can get room service!!! I am in the mood for a nice italian meal!!!!!!!!! YUMMMM~!!!! YAY!

I'm in. My back is killing me right now so the massage will do wonders and clearly all the ladies must get a makeover like Grace's.
