I wont quit, all i ever seem to do is find problem after problem but thats what happens when you life the life of a drunk. Thanks for your posting ((24hrsaday)) and ((zencat)) im at 4 1/2 months sober so i hope things will get better and im thankful for this thread here.

Well i managed to get through yesterday. A big part of me was screaming to chuck the towel in but i didn't. Thanks to all who post here.
How i got through well i guess it was minute by minute hour by hour. Eventually the fates changed doors opened and here i am. My experience has been that even when faced by a 'almost' unstoppable urge to quit you can stand fast. If i can perhaps you can
For me i had met my match in a proud person, perhaps this will teach me to be humble. In any event the trigger [the main on atleast] for making me want to quit passed with time and i have learnt and grew stronger.
And im sobereeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee still
