I made it back from Vegas but I did have a few drinks while on holidays.
The conditions of my ultimatum have changed so this is allowed but on holidays only.
After about six beers I was rather ill the next day so I wasted a day of my holidays so for the time being I am going back to abstinence.
While drinking I did end up playing black jack for a half hour. Won $35 so I didn't play anymore and left Vegas a winner.
Hope all is well with who is left of the Class of January.

Hi, quick note to see who is still out there from our class...
I'm still well and enjoying life. Busy with work and moving into a new casa.
Post a hello and I will try to visit here more often.

Good to hear from you JS.
I haven't been posting because I am back to mostly moderate drinking but I come here and read often.
SR and this class saved my marriage and for that I am grateful.
My wife is retiring next year so we will also be getting a new house out of the city.
Really good to hear from you.

I am still here and back for another kick at the cat. I started again on Jan 1 so I am coming up to 60 days on Wednesday.
I know of at least one other member is here but under an assumed name.
Come out and reveal yourself.
If anyone else started there quest in January 2009 or for any other time in 2009 or for any time in any January or even any time in any month in any year feel free to join us.
We are pretty laid back here.
Miss you Vicious.
Have a good day and as always stay positive.

I am still here too. Its me, Richard... my old user name vanished into the mists of time.
Wow, that was 3 years ago? Hard to believe it has been so long.
Sobriety is still a work in progress. Gotta remain vigilant always, every day...
Although I'm in no way a model of sobriety yet I have had way more sober time than the dark side over the last 3 years and have to thank you all for being a part of it.
I would love to hear from mike or massey or oz or any of our other friends again.
So as you say Fub... stay positive. It works
And VC? You are.. as always... amazing

Well, it might just be the 3 of us! Until we are discovered? Wonder how everyone is doing...........glad to see the two of you here. We have traveled a long windy path together. :ghug3
Heading out to breakfast with a friend......not in the old days of drinking, I would probably still be in bed. I am grateful.

60 days completed for me and for that I am grateful too.
I have some things in the works to fill the void but have to find some things to do almost every day so I don't get bored.
I am thinking of visiting all the sites that this city has to offer. Maybe go 2-3 places a week. Places like the Art Gallery. Science Center, Museum, CN Tower, and all the other ones I don't even know exist. It is amazing how few of the attractions of our cities that we are unaware of.
Thinking about doing it is a start anyways.
Have a great day guy and gal.

I have a new deal with my wife so we will see if it works for us.
It does not include total abstinence so until it does I will wish you all the best.
Keep doing what makes your lives better.
