Feeling pretty good this morning. Slept almost twelve hours last night, must have needed it cause I woke up feeling good. All the house and yard work is done so I can just enjoy my Sunday.

I feel a lot more positive after a really s*** day yesterday and it's very very early here. I'm really grateful for SR yesterday - kept me on track and helped lift my mood

I'd love to go take a nap with the doggies but both kids need rides home soon and it's about to start storming again so may as well stay awake. I'll go to bed early tonight for sure.
