Hey Ro,
I don't mind you asking at all.I was on anti depressants about 8 years ago-for about a year and it helped me get through a really difficult time.then I came off them.
That said-these past few weeks I've seriously considered going to my doctor and asking to be put back on them.I've kept hoping I'll get better but I'm reaching a point where I think I need more than my own 'hope' if you know what I mean.So yeah-I'll more than likely go back to the doctor soon.I don't want to let myself get to that danger point ever again.
I hope your visit with your doctor helps.It's the most horrible dark place to be in and we deserve better right?

Whew! Blue is back.
Long day. Yoga. Waiting for house stuff to start happening. Got my yoga alliance membership. I'm officially registered .
Tired. Was falling asleep before yoga but went anyway since the child was playing with a ball and knocked stuff off the piano. Argh! Friggin kid!
Fried eggs and cheese sandwich for dinner and getting some ice cream now.
I'll check in tomorrow. Hopefully everything is back to normal and the blue stays.

Getting that ice cream and then going back to watching Frost/Nixon. It was good so far but Mr. GT fell asleep as expected so we shut it off.

me tired. i am having trouble sleeping. i have a lot on my mind. plus, i am DYING underneath that down blanket! 
somebody should make one for skinny daddy's on one side and hot mommy's on the other. ha! i imagine they DO make those, actually.
i may have to start taking the pills soon. the ones for hot mommy's. is that too much information?
