hello is there anyone out there

HI my name is Chantelle I have a depression disorder and it seems to get me in trouble. Well I get myself in trouble. I like to keep busy and when I'm not or get to stressed out I sometimes use. I have been doing good now for about a month and I am going to keep it that way. I need to find some chat friends anyone what to chat?????????????????

Welcome to SR! I'm glad you found us.

I'm glad you've been doing well, and having depression is always a struggle, isn't it! I have depression also, but have found a lot of help in the meds that I take. For me, they work well. But, there's more to it than that.

I hope you keep posting.
