Miserable sinus infection....again!
URG...it seems like my reoccuring sinus infections are tied somehow to my depression/bipolar disorder.
I didn't ever get sick, not even a headache, until my first major depression. Since then I'm sick more than not and meds don't work so it goes on for months, always turning into an upper-respritory infection and last time, turned into bronchitis.
My head feels like it's ready to explode. My ears feel like someone is jabbing a pointy pencil in them and my throat feels like I've got a bouncy ball stuck in my esophagus. It hurts so much...and swallowing feels like someone is cutting my throat with a knife.
Guess I'm just wondering if anyone else has had re-occuring sicknesses along with their disorder?
And...anybody have any home remedy suggestions?
Monday, I started taking a daily dose of 1000mg of vitamin C...that should help some.

yeppers....I'm still up at 6 a.m. (And it's ALL your fault!)
Feeling better today....I actually read up on sinitus and well, I started smoking aroudn the same time as my first major depression and it appears that smoking can lead to sinitus...among other things. Just another reason for me to try to quit some day soon...just not strong enough now.
Hugs
