self inflated ego??
anyone else have this ?it's like my ego has taken complete control over me ..and is shaping my attitude about life ever since i decided to become sober ..
I get these thoughts during the day and night about delusions of grandeur like i see myself as being better then everyone else and know one else knowing better then me its like im mister know it all ..this normal?

just throwing this idea out there, no clue if it fits what is going on with you.
Some of us self medicate mental illness with booze/drugs. Sometimes we medicate a mania with booze, a depressant. Take out the booze and the mania rears up. HUGE self inflated ego is a characteristic of a manic episode.

o ok .well thing is i would get these feelings usually after a night of drinking and in between cigarettes .i used to smoke its been 4 months since i had a stoag ..i only get these feelings if i get a stimulant in my body .if i go a while without .im calm and im fine ..

I stay away from stimulants for exactly that reason. Reg anti depressant drugs send me into a manic phase, and lesser stimulants, caffeine etc do tricky things to me. So I get where you're coming from.
