AWESOMELY great sleep and I woke up refreshed and feeling good!
I love it.

The sleep med says take on an empty stomach.
I disregarded that cause I am such an evening muncher.
Woke myself up vomiting in my sleep.
Scared me...so from now on follow directions!

We are working on packing today.
It is getting exciting!

Are you rested up Grateful?
What is the weather there?

Love? What's up?

I had a wonderful sleep
it is about thirty here today..
just came back from Bridgehead where I bumped into my friend...we had an amazing conversation...we always do...about healing, and light, and the lessons and gifts of life....I feel all toasty inside...

as for this Paxil withdrawal...I really underestimated the withdrawal...I remember now that when I was on it before, I swapped with another SSRI...I did not go off of it...
I tapered this time, but should have tapered even more and for longer...
did some research, and realized going off Paxil is no joke!
I just got through a week, and have roughly two more to go...
flu systoms, low grade fever, aches, still with the brain zaps...irritibility,fatigue...etc..

fortunately I drink a ton of water and take sufficient vitamins...and have been taking tylenol which has been helping..
my little tale ....

Live, how are you doing?

30! that's not summer! LOL

that med change is a miracle....I feel happy!

I am packing a plastic tub, taking a break, packing a tub and repeat.

I like seeing things empty out here...but still a long way to go from being finished.

Glad you had such a nice visit!
I am looking forward to making new friends.

Hi Live!!!
Things going good here, busy with work!! so at night time I haven't had to take any Trazadone!! my sleeping issues seem work in cycles...I guess that comes with the bipolar..but I'm feeling good!!
Summer feels like it's coming to an end here, fall means lots of rain here usually which can be sooo depressing.... so I"ve made plans to do some yoga and get back to the gym!! Today, going to the beach!! hope you are enjoying your sunday!!

Herbal Supplements

In general, there is not much research about herbal or natural supplements. Little is known about their effects on bipolar disorder. An herb called St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum), often marketed as a natural antidepressant, may cause a switch to mania in some people with bipolar disorder.45 St. John's wort can also make other medications less effective, including some antidepressant and anticonvulsant medications.46 Scientists are also researching omega-3 fatty acids (most commonly found in fish oil) to measure their usefulness for long-term treatment of bipolar disorder.47 Study results have been mixed.48 It is important to talk with a doctor before taking any herbal or natural supplements because of the serious risk of interactions with other medications.

I am also using this to track moods and things for the drs and etc

I did not sleep quite as well last night but nothing to complain about.
Woke up optimistic and ready to really get packing.

Sweetie was down and kind of grouchy. I think he is overwhelmed. He said "I am NOT going to make two trips"...and I am like huh?
AH. He doesn't think we can get it all in the uhaul and truck.
I told him we would or else give somethings away...but I think we can fit it all in.
AND no better time to declutter, right?!

I am pretty sure I have more experience packing and moving!

So, I told him to put in some Metallica and turn it up loud.

It's a moving right along party!

silly man, he has been eager to move fromhere since the day he landed here...me too.

So, I think it is a great day to celebrate and be happy!
I am EXCITED!

A little anxious but not troublesome so.

Friends, what's going on in your day?
How are you?

Live, you two certainly have your hands full, but I am glad for you both that you will soon be in your new home..

my fibro pain is off the charts today, not much change in paxil withdrawal, but I am grateful that I am able to nurture myself in the ways I need to, for today...
((Live)) prayers for a smooth move for you and sweetie!
