Im so sorry you feel this way, believe me, i can totally relate
writing in a journal really helps me, I get my issues out and can see them, start to make connections and see my own patterns, then I can make choices,. once I have some idea where the issues are

its called "insanity" doing the same thing over and over expecting different results. seems us addicts are all in the same boat on that one
