I feel guilty
I cut...Its how i deal with sh*te.
Since i have stopped drinking this has increased.... I helps me cope or deal with stuff.
I dont want to commit suicide, make anyone feel guilty or hurt myself.
Cutting lets me control me *each to THEIR own*
I just need a *happy mediunm*.... I cant let the people roundmedeal with my anger!!!

There's a sticky on the top of this forum that deals specifically with cutting.
I hope you will take a look at it. It's very good information with worksheets and more.
