Nikita....I also deal with sleep apnea and starting using a CPAP machine last year.

My bipolar disorder is SO MUCH easier to keep stabalized now that i'm not quite so sleep deprived!

Sleep apnea alone can cause the same symptoms as bipolar disorder. Mood swings and depression are common with untreated sleep apnea.

The machine (mask) will take a few months to get use to...but it is WELL worth it to stick with it and keep trying to use it every night.

It's SO WONDERFUL that you have finally been diagnosed and can do something about it. So many people....even in my family....go their entire lives without realizing they have sleep apnea that's making everything 10 times harder in life.

What a blessing to be able to finally know...and be on your way toward REAL sleep for the first time in your life!
