I am gratefull that I am now 37 days sober
I slipped up on Valentines day and didnt eat and drank 6 glasses of wine and two glasses of champagne and felt so bad the next day I thought I was going to die!
I realised seriousley that all drink gives me is a hangover and more weight on my bottom, I just dont have a use for it anymore after 20 yrs, the last 8yrs being very heavy.
Good luck to all of you making the effort to stop dont give it the attention it so does not deserve like a slurring cheesy guy trying to chat you up just say **** OFF! have a coffee and think of how much better your future will be without it XX
Im so much more of a reasonable tuned in woman without drink with it the morning after all I feel like is a total loser piece of trash!
