Morning Gratitude Part 131

Grateful to have slept in my own bed last night, and it's a new bed, which I liked very much. So hard to pick a bed correctly but I may have guessed right this time.
Grateful there is a lot happening at my spiritual community this weekend ... I'm feeling really lonely and bereft, having aborted my vacation in the middle of the trip. But there are several gatherings including a concert and a passover seder/dinner so I can be among friends, or at least acquaintances.
Grateful for a friend checking in with me by text the whole time I was working my way back home from my trip. It took me several days of travel to get back home, and she worried about me the whole way.
Grateful it's beautiful spring weather here.
Grateful to have a dr's appointment tomorrow to see what's up with my eardrum.
Grateful I have a washing machine for all my laundry from the trip.
Grateful for sunshine today.

Tursiops - I'm sad that happened to your eardrum - hoping infection clears up quickly.
Fearless - How exciting to plan for retirement.
I have loved it - the luxury of doing things at our own convenience. (Up at 4am - aka the middle of the night!

They are trying to tell me, 'Hey lady, the feeders are empty.....need some seed over here." Love it that you're included in lake house trip - hope you have a wonderful time.
Aly - Hope therapy session is helpful & you found the stuff you were supposed to read.
Grateful the clouds are moving out of here. So gloomy.
Grateful to put chairs & table back out on the deck - hopefully, no more snow. (Last year we had a storm on 4/19 though.)
Grateful for each of you - & to be some small part of your life.

grateful to get working on my quilt as many interruptions as I had had they were from my kids and my family so that’s all good.
Grateful to talk to a friend today I think we will be lifelong friends
Grateful it’s payday tomorrow for me so it would be Fri – yay 😁💰💰💰

Grateful my husband cleaned up the dinner, dishes, and made the dinner
Grateful the snow seems to be receding every day

Grateful for the quick delivery of the new Wi-Fi box and prepaid shipping label to send back the first one.
Grateful to work with nice and funny people at my new job. I hope we all can stick around.
Grateful that the recycling bin got emptied.
Grateful for the good rainstorm we got last night, and that it didn’t start until after I got home.
Grateful for the message I got online (I follow a lot of profiles about spirituality) that the angels are waiting to assist, and to just ask for them to intervene and ease our worries.
Grateful to be in recovery with such good peeps

Purp, I recently had the same thing with getting a new Wi-Fi box (quickly) and them making it easy to return the old one. And my recycling bin just got emptied too!

- I got to see so many old friends yesterday. It’s so good for the soul. I had one friend drop by and give me a little care package. Met two others for happy hour. Even though the organizer of the HH had to bail, I asked them to go anyhow. And they did. After that I met yet another friend for a walk and some iced tea. What a privilege to fill my cup like that.
- for a good therapy session. Distressing in the sense that it validated some of my worries but still good.
- that I woke up at 4 am. Lots to do!
- for sleep meditations
- for all of you.

Grateful it did not rain yesterday, even though it looked like it was going to .

Free - It's nice to have feeders here, but I do miss the wild & crazy Catskills where the bears would visit. Snow tires off? How optimistic of you.

Grateful I reached Mr. T's sister, she is in the hospital but ok, I will drive up to visit her today. Sad situation ... a grifter lives with her and they have developed a hoarding situation and are at risk of eviction, on top of her health problems. I will do what I can today but it won't be much ... legally she can make her own decisions.

Grateful that I’m learning to “say no.”
Grateful that I got to spend time with a great friend, although he’s gone now forever.
Grateful that I’m learning to cope without alcohol.
Grateful that I have a roof over my head.
Grateful that I have time to myself.
Grateful that I still have my parents.
Grateful that I have a second chance.
Grateful to have less pain and more tools.
