Grateful for another sober Tuesday morning.
Grateful for a good nights sleep.
Grateful my little g.son slept well and is up beside me.
Grateful to look out of the window from where I'm sat and see the beautiful spring colours.
Grateful to be able to see the beauty all around me, I was blind to it when I was drinking.
Grateful for a good, strong cup of tea.
Grateful to be here with you all. xx

Grateful to be up before 5 and getting ready to work out.
Grateful I don’t have to go to the capitol today or maybe even this whole week.
Grateful I may be able to sneak home for a nap!
Grateful for naps in general, the finest sleep there is.
Grateful for feeling a bit of a reprieve in general this week.
Grateful for each of you.

Grateful to wake with no hangover, free from regret, shame, remorse, guilt, terror and despair.

Hi Snitch - grateful for all those things too. They were the worst.
Zip - grateful you were spared tree damage.
Grateful for the peepers making noise around the lake (across the road from me). I guess spring has finally arrived.
Grateful for a quiet house - I'm rarely alone & it's nice sometimes.
Grateful for our growth & determination.

Grateful Rusty’s car, home and person escaped the limb!
Grateful that on Monday I took myself out for a nice dinner and when the waiter started offering me cocktails I said I don’t drink—and after that he introduced me to the secret stash. Of lemonade with seasonal strawberry syrup. It was so good! It’s nice to have special access to the actually good drinks.
Grateful for lemonade. It is really so good.
Grateful to have another chance to be a better mom than I was yesterday.
Grateful this work week has been more relaxed and that my job has felt actually doable (so far...sometimes I’m scared to write this stuff for fear of tempting fate).
Grateful for the strong and caring team of people I’ve built in my job. I struggle with some of the ones I did not hire myself but am working on that.
Grateful for warm and longer days.
Grateful for all of you.

Grateful to wake up sober. I remember how it used to be and am so grateful it's not like that anymore.

Grateful to be here this morning
Numblady, love the story about the lemonade drink. Isn’t it great to have understanding and supportive servers and bartenders? In truth I never really liked the taste of cocktails. It was all just to get a buzz. I love the taste of mocktails
Grateful I don’t have a tick bite after all. I was just being a hypochondriac. Lol
Grateful the work issue I was worried about did not happen. A reminder to myself that much of what I worry about is an unnecessary waste of time
Grateful to be challenging myself this week. My boss assigned a special project to me. I am nervous, but I am going to have confidence in myself. I am going to keep it simple and not overthink it. Funny that as I type this I just remembered I am wearing my new shirt from Walmart that says “hold on..Let me overthink this.”
Grateful for Daisy’s reminder about the serenity prayer as well as the “sick man” prayer. I need to use these everyday!
Grateful that I realize I need to refresh my reading of the 12 steps, and remember I can’t control everything and there are times when I need to enlist support which is ok.
Grateful for each and every one of you.
