Grateful for a really nice walk with Luke.
Grateful (sort of ) to see my surgeons this week. On Tues I have to speak to the one who has to re do the surgery, praying for this year. Wed I see the one I like and fixed my 3 hernias. Grateful to be getting part of this over with.
Grateful that I am really working on releasing my resentment about having to re do this.

Grateful to have gotten through an extremely anxiety provoking day sober.
Grateful that fixing some of these issues will not be possible and I'm trying to deal with it, insurance issues. ODAAT
Grateful to be of help to my mom. She has an issue to be resolved that feels like walking through mud and will take a while.
Grateful that I feel much better, although I think I over did it today a bit. I picked up a big Chewy box for Luke and I shouldn't have. As big as he is, his Chewy box is pretty substantial. Grateful I feel well and will see my one of my surgeons tomorrow, early and he'll give me an A-OK.

Aly, I am sorry it was a difficult day sober. I hope tomorrow is better and more restful. Insurance issues are the worst! I like your ODAAT attitude. Everything passes in time.
Grateful that I discovered today that so many foods can be frozen and preserved.

Grateful for my walk with Luke. Grateful I actually had a lot of fun joking around with my surgeon (the one I like) at my appt today and he asked if I had a pic of my dog! (I don't, bad mom). He is intrigued at what a Black German Shepherd and Great Dane cross was like. He is the kindest dog.
Grateful to get my car serviced next week, it needs it.
