Grateful that I had my first sober birthday last Friday… At least the first sober birthday I’ve had as an adult. And I just turned 56

Grateful that I had a very difficult conversation with my ABF yesterday .

Grateful that I had a terrible review from my terrible boss which gives me even more motivation to get the heck out of there.

Grateful to know who the Backstabbers are at work

Grateful to have ridden my bike 16 miles yesterday

Grateful to have ran 7.25 miles today

Grateful for gardening today

Grateful for being able to afford food at the grocery store today
